The provider arranges carriage of the customer's cargo along the agreed route and delivers related services: customs clearance, warehouse handling, insurance and documentation.
The exact scope, route, timing and price are fixed in the booking and the annex to the contract, which form an integral part of it.
The customer provides accurate information about the cargo, its value, nature and special properties, together with a complete set of shipping documents.
The provider undertakes to arrange the carriage within the agreed timeframe, keep the customer informed of the cargo status and immediately report any circumstances affecting the delivery time.
The provider's liability is determined by the applicable international conventions (CMR, the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions, SMGS) and the law of the country of performance.
The provider is not liable for delays caused by the acts of customs or other state authorities, by force majeure, or by inaccurate cargo information supplied by the customer.
The price is fixed in the booking and cannot be changed unilaterally, except where the customer changes the cargo characteristics or the routing.
Additional costs (demurrage, storage beyond the agreed period, vehicle standing time caused by the customer) are invoiced separately against supporting documents.
